Hoya Linearis
$24.95Hoya linearis | The Soft, Trailing Hoya
Hoya linearis is one of the most distinctive Hoyas, with long cascading stems covered in soft, narrow, almost needle-like leaves. Given time, the vines can grow beautifully long, creating a soft green waterfall that looks completely different from the thick, waxy foliage we usually associate with Hoyas.
Native from the Himalayas into parts of Southeast Asia, Hoya linearis grows epiphytically along trees in cool, humid forests. Mature plants can produce clusters of small white, star-shaped flowers with a light, sweet fragrance.
🎁 A beautiful gift for Hoya lovers or anyone who appreciates unusual trailing plants

PLANT CARE
+ Light: Bright, filtered light is ideal. Gentle morning sun is welcome, but protect its soft foliage from intense direct afternoon sun.
+ Water: Allow the soil to partially dry between waterings, then water thoroughly. Unlike thicker-leaved Hoyas, linearis prefers to be watered before the pot becomes completely dry all the way through.
+ Good to Know: Hoya linearis appreciates moderate to higher humidity and an airy, well-draining mix. It also tends to prefer slightly cooler conditions than many tropical Hoyas.
