Hoya Carnosa Compacta is a unique, curly-leaved hoya with thick, twisted vines that give it a sculptural, rope-like look. It’s a more uncommon variety that grows slowly and develops its shape over time, making it a fun and rewarding plant to have around. Hoya plants are epiphytes, meaning they naturally grow along trees in the wild rather than in deep soil. Because of this, they prefer airflow around their roots and do especially well in snug pots. Light + Loves bright, indirect light with a clear view of the sky. Would enjoy morning sun by an east window or set back slightly or off to the side from a west window to create filtered afternoon sun.

Water + Let the soil dry most of the way between waterings, then water thoroughly.
